Our aim is to equip students with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to be successful in the Real Estate Industry. Studying with us is challenging, rewarding and most importantly, fun!
All courses provided within the Real Estate Training Australia website are designed to be appropriate for persons with little-to-nil experience in real estate. All modules, training materials, content and more, is designed to be easily readable and understandable, and delivered to our student in a 'real world language', that 'cuts out' the confusing industry jargon you may find within other organisations.
Being a successful real estate agent isn't just understanding the procedures, industry legislation and appropriate documentation that's taught by RTO's throughout the licensing and qualifications assessments.
We often attend Open Homes of agent's that are in the marketplace right now - and quite honestly- it's no surprise why so many are finding excuses for their sub-par levels of success.
The divide between failure and success is so extreme and so obvious - yet also so easy to overcome

About Real Estate Training Australia
RETA may have had humble beginnings but our student intake grows at a rapid rate.
Founded in 2020, we started out by assisting real estate agencies and agents with their team development, but quickly realised how many real estate agents weren't receiving sufficient training.
We then made it our mission to help these individuals expand their industry knowledge, which is what has helped us grow into the thriving organisation we are today. It's also what allowed us to offer our training products and services to all persons, irrespective of their knowledge of real estate, to further their probability of gaining early success as a real estate agent.

Meet the Team
The Front Line
These are the people that are at the 'coal-face' of our business operations. They're the one's you'll meet at industry events, within agency training sessions and be speaking with if you're interested in joining an 'Agents Uncovered' interview.

Shane Lowe
CEO
About Me
Starting as a 'new recruit' in within the real estate industry just as Australia was impacted by the Global Financial Crisis (GFC), Shane endured more than a few early struggles. Fast forward 14 years and Shane has successfully operated as a top-performing sales agent, been appointed to Regional Management for a National Franchise Network and oversaw the operation and sales activities for three real estate agencies across Queensland, as well as having managed, trained, tutored, coached and mentored more than 114 high-performing sales staff collectively, during his time as State Manager for a major National Franchise group.
It is through these experiences, that Shane developed the training and support programs within Real Estate Training Australia, with the vision to provide 'new to industry' persons with a far greater probability of attaining industry success.

Matt Arnold
Industry Engagement
About Me
My first “brush” with the Real Estate industry occurred in 1992 with a house purchase.
Several transactions later, in 2006, I was at a crossroad in my life/career when an opportunity to be an agent was put in front of me. Today having worked with both franchise and independent agencies (Ray White, Harcourts, Century 21, Coldwell Banker), in various capacities from rookie agent to sales manager, I can look back on the lessons and experiences, and hopefully pass on some of that knowledge to the next generation.
As an experienced and passionate real estate professional, Matt brings huge levels of enthusiasm in his role profiling agent's on their journey throughout real estate, from their early days as a newbie agent - to their souring heights as an industry top performer.
