About Tara
Tara is a Fully Licensed Real Estate Agent specialising in Commercial Property on the Gold Coast. Working in a partnership with Senior Executive Greg Watson, Tara and Greg have joined with the team at LJ Hooker in Southern Gold Coast to develop a high service Commercial Department. Over seventeen years of experience in the real estate industry, Tara has an extensive knowledge of systems and service across the business. Tara history includes a successful position as a Commercial Asset Manager where she worked successfully to manage a cross-section of states and a large number of properties, owners and tenants; this experience gives her a more in-depth knowledge of commercial sales and leasing. Tara offers a very high level of service to her owners, tenants and buyers. Her relaxed, easy-going style makes her approachable and easy to get along with, and her reliability is highly valued. Tara takes pride in providing a personal service and expertise of her position to a very high level. Tara is a local from Currumbin/Elanora and she is truly at home on the Southern Gold Coast. When she is not working, Tara enjoys spending time with her partner and dog, pottering around in the garden, visiting her family, small getaways or checking out a new local restaurant or bar.
