Unfortunately we're not able to guarantee you employment - However, we do provide you with our ongoing commitment to ensure you're given all reasonable opportunities for entering this exciting and rewarding industry, by promoting your application via our large network of agencies that we deal with.

We are extremely pleased to note, our recent Student Survey shows that the majority of our Students who have completed courses with Real Estate Training Australia have obtained a position within the real estate industry. 

Completing both the industry accredited training and the RETA soft-skills training program is done so at the discretion and availability of the student.

Our student's utilise a secure online training portal to access all of their enrolled courses and assessments; which can be completed entirely at their own pace, in the comfort of their own home - whilst still having access to the learning portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with our additional Student Support team on-hand to support and assist them in every aspect of their industry assessments, if and when required.


Agents Representative Certificate / Certificate of Registration (online)

  • The anticipated time duration for assessment completion is approximately 60 - 75 hours.
  • This may be completed in as little as 7 days; however, the average time frame is approximately 10 - 12 days including the average timeline for marking of assessments.
  • The maximum allowance of completion time for the NSW Assistant Agent Certificate or QLD Registration Certificate course and qualification, is 6 months from the date of enrolment.

PLEASE NOTE: As the courses and learning materials, quizzes and assessments are all delivered via a 100% online based learning platform, which is self-paced to provide students with the ability to study at their leisure and level of comfort - it is therefore entirely at the students discretion as to how long it may take to complete the course and qualifications.

Some persons have previously been able to complete these assessments within a matter of just 7 days. However, this is entirely dependent on the student and their level of dedication to studies, their availability to study and their ability to complete the various modules.

Full Real Estate Agent Licence / Certificate IV (online)

  • The anticipated time duration for assessment completion is approximately 95 - 115 hours.
  • This may be completed in as little as 10 days; however, the average time frame is approximately 14 - 20 days including the average timeline for marking of assessments.
  • The maximum allowance of completion time for the following:
    QLD Full Agency Licence, WA Certificate IV course, VIC Certificate IV course and qualification, is 12 months from the date of enrolment.

Real Estate Training Australia (RETA) Online Program

  • The anticipated time duration for assessment completion is approximately 15 - 20 hours.
  • This may be completed in as little as 2 - 3 days; however, the average time frame is approximately 3 - 4 days.

After the accredited course assessments have been completed (successfully)

  • Once a student has successfully completed the accredited course modules and learning assessments, they will then receive their Statement of Attainment relevant for their completed course. This Statement of Attainment from the accredited course assessments and qualifications is then required to be lodged with the relevant government institute (QLD Office of Fair Trading, NSW Fair Trade, Consumer Affairs VIC, Commerce WA).
  • Upon lodgement and payment of the application fee with your relevant state government, the waiting period to receive your legal accreditation certificate / license may be up to 8 weeks from the time of lodgement.

We at Real Estate Training Australia are very fortunate to provide our clients with various payment methods and various flexible payment plans to suit each person's individual needs.

We are Australia's ONLY Training Provider that enables Students to enrol, access and complete their training and receive their industry Certificate or Qualification, whilst maintaining an affordable payment plan that can be as little as just $10 per month.

Our Enrol Now & Pay Later enrolment options include ZERO upfront deposit with payments spread-out over up to 48 months

The short answer - NO.

GST is not applicable to any course fees displayed within our website.

However we do recommend that you always consult an independent financial advisor or accountant for taxation advice. Whilst we believe that the Australian Taxation Office does provide a reasonable tax deduction for educational courses, it's best to discuss with a financial consultant for an accurate indication of just how much you can claim.

If for any reason you feel that you've made the 'wrong decision' in purchasing the training material from the RETA; we welcome you to make contact (in writing), with our incredible team as promptly as possible and we will work-with-you to find the best possible resolution for your situation.

Finance provided and approved by AfterPay, zipPay, Humm or Open Pay on behalf of and for the customers, clients and students of Real Estate Training Australia Proprietary Limited (RETA), is for the sole purpose of their real estate industry training, qualifications, courses, and accreditations.
 
This may only be cancelled within the reasonably allowed "cooling off period" which is detailed in our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy within this website, and as long as the requirements of the student enrolment and cancellation request has been met, as per the terms and conditions of a students enrolment.
 
This information is also detailed in our enrolled student handbook which is provided and received on the day of a student enrolment for their information and records.
 
If a customer, client or student is not within the cooling-off period, but their plans change and are no longer in need of a real estate qualification and / or they're no longer requiring the loan obtained via AfterPay, zipPay, Humm or Open Pay; they are still under financial contract with their chosen payment assistance method and will have to pay back the remaining balance (including any additional fees that may be owing at that time) to close their loan account, irrespective of whether they're finishing the real estate training and qualifications program or not.
