NON-DISCOUNTED COURSES, PLEASE NOTE AND UNDERSTAND AS THIS RELATES TO ALL COURSES AND ENROLMENTS WITHIN OUR WEBSITE - NO EXCEPTIONS:
In the unlikely event that you do require cancellation and / or refund of your student enrolment and only on the basis that it is approved by RETA, based on the aforementioned Terms as stated within this cancellation and refund policy:
Please note that a non-negotiable cancellation and administration fee of $100 will be retained from any course enrolment cancelled within the cooling-off period (48 hours).
Additionally, a minimum payment of $250 will be withheld from any course enrolment after 48 hours from the enrolment date / time, and persons will ONLY be eligible for this refund if they have not logged into or accessed the learner portal.
These conditions are due to both Intellectual Property being provided and, administrative time invested at the benefit of the student prior to cancellation, along with associated fees and charges being incurred by our business for payment.
As mentioned, the reason forfeiture of the above fees is due (in part), to Real Estate Training Australia (RETA) being charged a payment processing fee fro the various payment facilities (STRIPE, AfterPay, ZipPay, Humm) which we (RETA) are unable to recover.
