Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of, and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Enrolment into Real Estate Training Australia (RETA) and any of its training programs, are considered an acknowledgment and acceptance of the following Terms of Use by the Student / User as well as acceptance of any policies of RETA as identified within the website of Real Estate Training Australia.

 

Any promoted 'employment success' statistic within the 'website or marketing materials' is based on the individual performance of candidates and their determined suitability for the agency they're appointed to. A candidate's employment is at the sole discretion of the agency employing and whilst all reasonable efforts may be made to assist with a candidate's employment into the real estate industry; no responsibility is taken by Real Estate Training Australia (RETA) for the candidates employment upon enrolment.

The completion of any and all training program, quizzes, assessments or otherwise, provided directly by RETA or any of its registered third-party training providers, is completed exclusively online only. We (RETA), nor any of its registered third-party training providers, do not provide students with in-classroom training programs, facilities or schedules. It is the students sole responsibility to ensure that completion of course materials, assessments and training via an online platform is suitable for their individual needs and circumstances, prior to their enrolment. No responsibility is taken by RETA or its third-party training providers if a student is unable to complete their training online, if not the direct result of a fault by the provider themselves.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

 

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Real Estate Training Australia (RETA) and its licensors. With respect to the learning materials, courses, quizzes and handbooks - upon enrolment into Real Estate Training Australia (RETA); students are provided unrestricted access to all facets of their training program, including but not limited to three (3) online courses, seven (7) learning handbooks via PDF format and additional training content. Due to this content and material(s) also being deemed "intellectual property" - a student is unable to obtain a partial or full refund upon receipt of these products due to having already accessed sensitive property owned by the company of Real Estate Training Australia (RETA).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms by which their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

The Real Estate Training Australia (RETA) does not in any way; provide any form of promise, guarantee or certainty of employment upon enrolment, commencement or completion of your course(s) and / or studies. 

If throughout the student's learning journey, the student (at their own free will) elects to withdraw from their course program and requests a Statement of Attainment for the course units that have been completed to-date, the student will be advised of an administration fee for such a process. This administration fee is equal to the sum of $100 and is payable prior to a Statement of Attainment being issued. NOTE: This administration fee is only payable if a student does not complete the entirety of their course program. The administration fee is not payable if a Statement of Attainment for partial course completion is not issued.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

 

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

In continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
